Will be taken at the race venue from 04h30 until 5 minutes before the start of the race.
60+ Discount of 50% on the day only.

Gold medals to all finishers on race day

2. No seconds or cyclists allowed.
3. No iPods or listening devices allowed.
4. Marshalls and traffic officials must be obeyed at all times.
5. Please do not litter, keep your sachets until next water point. Discard any rubbish on the road not more than 50m past a refreshment station.
