Run and walk 4 Bibles

I’m convinced that by this time some of you might have thought that the Run & Walk 4 Bibles in memory of Riana Van Niekerk has left the running scene but we are very excited to announce that the arrangements for the 2019 Race is all systems firing.
This time around we very privileged to present the traditional 5km, 10km, 21,1km and for the first time in 2019:
A full marathon 42,2km and the best yet is – IT is a Comrades Qualifier.
The idea of running or walking for a good cause has become an appealing and popular family fun event. 2018 was a GREAT year for the Run & Walk 4 Bibles AGN recognized half marathon. It was the 7th anniversary of this race and also the third race that was run in memory of Riana van Niekerk as we payed tribute to the well-known athlete Riana van Niekerk. (18 June 1976 to 13 February 2016) The Run and Walk 4 Bibles will always be run in commemoration of Riana.
Here are some of the nitty-gritties to help you with your planning:
WHEN: SATURDAY 30 NOVEMBER 2019
Starting Times:
- 42,2km: 05:30
- 21.1km: 06:00
- 10km: 06:30
- 5km: 06:35
WHERE: LEWENDE WOORD CENTURION 213 ADAM TAS STREET CLUBVIEW
GPS: S25’50’29.0” | E 28’10’04.8”
Parking: Enough Parking inside the premises of Lewende Woord Centurion @10 per vehicle.
NB: Make sure you bring a R10 to speed things up when you leave afterwards.
HOW FAR: We will feature a full marathon 42,2km, there is also a half marathon 21,1km, a 10km as well as a 5km fun run.
HOW IS IT TIMED: We have partnered with Chamnerlains Timekeeping, which will do manual timing and publish all the results on www.raceresults.co.za
ARE THE ENTRIES CAPPED: No. The Online Entries opened already and will close on the 25th November 2019. Athletes can still register on Friday 29 November from 15:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday 30 November 2019 from 04:00 to 06:30.

70+, Blind Runners and Wheel Chair Athletes FREE entry on 30 November only.
WHAT ARE THE ENTRY FEES?
- R150 for the full marathon, if you have an ASA License (or plus R40 for a Temporary License, if you are not a member of a running club).
- R120 for the half marathon, if you have an ASA License (or plus R40 for a Temporary License, if you are not a member of a running club).
- R90 for the 10km run, if you have an ASA License (or plus R40 for a Temporary License, if you are not a member of a running club).
- R50 for the 4.9km fun run. (NO license required).
The good news is that there will be no “processing fee” added onto your entry when you check out.
