Route Information
1. No pets or baby strollers will be allowed in the 10km and 21.1km races.
2. Traffic police and marshals must be obeyed at all times
3. No ipods, or any other sound system with earphones will be allowed while participating.
4. Water points at approximately every 3km.
5. Wheelchairs welcome in all events

General Information
Rules:
1. Race run according to the rules of ASA and AGN
2. Minimum age 14 years for 10km and 16 years for 21.1km.
3. Category winners – ID books to be submitted upon request.
4. All unlicensed athletes participating in the 21.1km and 10km events must purchase a temporary licence number which must be worn on the back of the running vest.
5. Temporary licenses will be available for R45
6. All registered athletes must wear both 2019 license numbers – one on the front and the other on the back of the running vest, and the race number issued by the organiser on the front of the vest over the license number in such a position that both the ASA logo and sponsor’s logo on the license number will be clearly visible.
7. Prescribed numerical age category ID tags must be worn by all runners and walkers competing for category prizes. Please ensure that these tags are clearly visible.
• Further note that Category winners must attend the prize giving in person.
8. All walkers must wear prescribed “W” or “Walker” ID tags on the front and back of their running vests. These tags must be clearly visible. Walkers without tags will be deemed to be runners

10. Foreign athletes must adhere to IAAF rule 4, paragraph 2.
