Scenic Route:

1. We welcome wheelchairs and prams on the 5.5km route.
2. NO DOGS will be allowed.
3. No Blade, Bicycle or mechanically operated device will be allowed in the race.
4. No Ipods or listening devices allowed in the race.
5. Animals not allowed.
6. There will be refreshment points at 3km intervals. along the route.
7. No seconding is allowed during the race.
General Information
Race Rules:
1. The race is run in accordance with the rules of ASA and AGN.
2. Licensed athletes must wear their 2016 licence numbers in front and back of their vests when participating in the 10km and 15km races. Non registered athletes (10 and 15km) must wear the temporary license number at the back of the vest. All athletes must wear the race number on the front of their vest.
3. Athletes competing for age category prizes must display the official numerical age category tags on the front and the back of their vest.
4. Proof of age will be required to be presented to referees before prize giving.
5. Walkers competing for prizes must wear the official ‘W’ or ‘Walker’ insignia on the front and the back of their vest.
6. International athletes must abide by the IAAF rule 4.2 which states that they must provide a clearance letter from the athletes Federation of their country of origin to be eligible for a prize.
7. Participants in the 10km and 15km races must be 14 years and older
8. Medical support and Tog bag facilities will be available.

Medals:
Special FAITH medals to all finishers!
Gold medals for the category winners (10km and 15km) and to the first 10 finishers in the 5.5km.
Silver medals for the next 100 athletes of the 5.5km, 10km and 15km.
Bronze medals for the rest.
