• First 100 online entries receive a free parking voucher
• Non-registered athletes in the 32km, 21.1km & 10km events must buy a temporary license at R45.00
• Free entry for 70+, blind runners & wheel chair athletes on race day only.

• Prize Giving – 32km & 21.1km 09:30 / 10km 08:00
• Race results will be published on www.raceresults.co.za
• Cut Off on all distance: 9h30

Race Information:
• Parking Fees: Normal parking fees will be applied. Parking at own risk
• Tog bag area available
• Club gazebo’s welcome, but fire extinguishers are mandatory should you use gas braais.
• Participation at own risk: The organisers accept no responsibility for any loss, damage
or injury.
• Baby strollers welcome on the 5km fun run.
• Medical assistants will be available.
• Refreshment stations (water & coke) at approximately every 3km.
• Athletes in wheel chairs are welcome in all events.
• The Entry Fee Is Not Refundable.
• Please do not discard water sachets or coke cups in gardens or drains.
• Uber drop-off points 300m from start/finish

Medals:
• Gold medals to all category winners in the 32km, 21.1km & 10km races
• Silver medals to the first 100 runners and to the first 20 walkers in the 32km,  21.1km & 10km races
• Bronze medals to the first 2700 finishers in the 32km,  21.1/10km & 5km fun run.
• Proof of age must be produced if requested by the race referee.
• No category tag, no prize money
