Distance & Entry Fee

• No seconding is allowed.
• Marshals, traffic officials and road rules must be obeyed at all times.
• Regrettably no pets, roller blades or cyclists are allowed.
• Water points will be provide at every +- 3km.
• No iPods are allowed
• Wheelchair and Stroller participants are allowed as the road is wheelchair friendly.

Rules:

1. The race is to be held under the rules of ASA and the AGN
2. Licensed athletes must wear 2016 licences in front and at the back of their vests.
3. Unlicensed athletes must wear temporary licenses at the back of their vests.
4. All Foreign athletes must abide to the IAAF rule 4 par2.
5. Athletes must wear official race numbers in the front of their vests.
6. Age category tags must be worn in the front and at the back by athletes competing for prizes. Proof must be provided when required for winners.
7. Walkers must wear their “W” or “walkers” tags in front and at the back of their vests if they are competing for the prizes.
8. Referees decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Medical support will be provided.
10. Parking is available but the race organizers will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged goods.
11. Minimum age for 10km is 14 years and 16 years for 21km
