Will be 3hrs30min (@ 10:30) for all distances
Route Information
1. No seconding is allowed.
2. Unfortunately, no wheel chair athletes are allowed
3. No blades, cyclists or mechanically operated devices will be allowed in the race
4. No. 2, 3, or 4 wheel carts/prams which are mechanically or manually operated by participants, will be permitted to participate without special permission of the race organisers and traffic authorities.
5. All traffic officials and marshals instructions are to be obeyed
6. No ear-plug devices are allowed during the race, excluding hearing aids. Devices that are in contravention of rule IAAF rule 144.2b may lead to disqualification.
