The massage sessions are beneficial for everyone ranging from the professional athlete all the way through to the everyday sedentary office worker. There is 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions focusing primarily on the injured area. A combination of soft tissue work aided by the use of Genesen Acutouch Therapy. 

Sports Massage – will focus on the areas that have been overused and/or stressed from the patients sport of choice, which most likely requires repetitive and/or aggressive movements. It is a deep massage that targets the muscle and tendon junctions to maintain good muscle function. It is often used as a pre-event preparation which has the benefits of reducing chance of injury, reducing recovery time between training sessions or events and can relieve muscle soreness/stiffness.

Remedial Massage – provides a healing treatment when muscles have become damaged, impaired, knotted, tense or immobile. The session will focus on the problem areas and will be dependant on the patients personal needs and their bodies response to the treatment, thus ensuring a completely individualised session.

Genesen Acutouch Therapy – Complements other forms of therapy, such as massage. It is a non invasive natural acupuncture therapy adding the benefits of Magnetism, Far Infrared Rays and Anions. It is used in the management  of pain relief, chronic conditions and spots injuries.
