Take things slow this Women’s Day – pop a large cut of lamb {shoulder / leg / roast} in the slow-cooker tonight and have a laid-back feast tomorrow!
I love how easy this roast is, you literally need a few minutes of prep, some simple ingredients and a good night’s sleep 😉 – and voíla, you have a beautiful slow-roasted masterpiece the next day.
You can do so many things with it; keep it simple and just add some grilled veg, or use the meat in a salad, wrap or even a cheesy bake.
Ladies – the men can take care of this one, just leave the instructions for them, it’s so easy and really fool-proof 😉
