- No seconding is allowed.
- No blade, cyclist or mechanically operated device allowed in the race.
- No iPods or listening devices.
- Water points at approximately every 3km.
General Information
Rules:
1. The race is run in accordance with the rules of ASA and AGN.
2. Registered athletes (11km) must wear the 2016 or 2017 license numbers on the back and front.
3.Temporary licensed athletes to wear temporary license on the back of vest.
4. Time-limit for all the distances 120 min
5. Medical support will be available.
6. Minimum age: 11km – 14yr.
