It’s great to have things ready for early morning breakfasts or a pre-exercise nibble.
I like to make these pots the night before and have about a quarter of it 2 hours before a run or gym:
Triple Coconut Chai Pudding Breakfast Parfaits
It’s very filling so don’t have all of it and don’t have it too soon before a run either.
It provides great sustenance and is gentle on the tummy first thing in the morning.

You can also experiment with different flavours – I had a plain coconut and raspberry pot this morning and it was great!
